Hello, I’m tanya.
I’m a San Diego-based photographer who has been professionally photographing families & weddings for the past fourteen years.
Sometimes, it’s hard to believe I’m old enough to have a teenage catalog of amazing families and couples!
My work is a reflection of my love for the beauty in our everyday lives. For me, it’s all about the simple things. It’s in the simple moments that we build our family legacy: pancakes on Sunday mornings, running around looking for our left shoe, and dance parties our two-year-old insists on having while you’re making said pancakes.
These everyday moments, as cliché as it sounds, are where I find my inspiration for photography. Whether capturing the joyous chaos of family life or the intimate, heartfelt moments of a wedding day, I strive to document the essence of these experiences.

how far in advance should we book you for our Courthouse wedding?
Most of my couples reach out about 1-5 months before their wedding day. Some dates, especially holidays, are booked as far as 6-8 months in advance, so the sooner, the better.
Can we see a full wedding album, not just highlights?
100%! It’s so important to see a whole story, not just the highlight reel. I’d be happy to share an entire wedding day. Send me an email, and I’ll share a full online album.
Do you have backup equipment?
Yes! I always bring backup cameras and gear so that no moment is missed, no matter what happens.
Do you help with planning
We will have a planning meeting to discuss the timeline and plan a day perfect for your love story.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, I’m fully insured! This not only covers my equipment but also provides peace of mind for you and your venue.
How long after the wedding will we receive our photos?
I know how excited you’ll be to see your photos, so I always aim to deliver sneak peeks within two days. Full galleries are typically ready within 3-6 weeks.
