Hello, I’m tanya.
I’m a San Diego-based photographer photographing weddings for the past fifteen years.
Sometimes, it’s hard to believe I’m old enough to remember when our word documents would just crash mid essay without saving. What a world we lived in.
My work is a reflection of my love for the beautiful chaos of our everyday lives. For me, it’s all about the simple things we don’t think about that become so big later in life. It’s in the simple ways we build our family’s legacy, no grand stage needed, just love, commitment, and each other.
Whether I’m photographing the happy chaos of a wedding morning or the big belly laughs with your second cousin and your coworker on your wedding day, I strive to document the essence of these experiences.

Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should we book you for our Courthouse wedding?
Most of my couples reach out about 1-2 months before their wedding day. Some dates, especially holidays, are booked as far as 2-4 months in advance, so the sooner, the better.
Do you help with planning?
We will have a planning meeting to discuss the timeline and plan a day perfect for your love story.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, I’m fully insured! This not only covers my equipment but also provides peace of mind for you and your venue.
Do you have a payment plan?
Yes, we can organize and split your payments into three installments. Just let me know if this would suit you.
How long after the wedding will we receive our photos?
It will take roughly 4 weeks to receive your final wedding photos. I put a lot of love and care into perfecting each image, which is why it’ll take me a little bit more time to deliver your final images. If you’d like your photos sooner, please ask me about the rush fee
Can I print my photos?
Of course, I’d love for you to print your favorite photos! You can easily order photos prints through your online gallery and you will receive a discount for prints.
Do you photograph same-sex couples?
Absolutely!
Can we see a full wedding album, not just highlights?
100%! It’s so important to see a whole story, not just the highlight reel. I’d be happy to share an entire wedding day. Send me an email, and I’ll share a full online album.
